Overview
This event will cover quality improvement with a presentation from an expert in the field. There will be a requirement for each site to speak about their frailty service journey and successes and bring any relevant documentation to showcase to the other delegates. NHS Elect will speak about what you must be able to demonstrate in your business cases when presenting to your executives and how to influence. The measurement session will look at your mid term data returns, the use of the AFN SPC tool, flow and the ability of systems to meet targets. The last session focusses on stakeholder engagement and the benefits. Each site has 8 delegate places.
